How you start the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. Did you get up late? Did you feel then that nothing good will happe the rest of the day? This is because you start out the day with a negative emotion.

You are a chef opening your first restaurant. What type of food would you serve? Why did you pick that cuisine (food)?

Today is Friday.
I am in cohort B. I will check into all of my classes today for attendance. If I do not report to my classes for attendance and participation, I understand that I will be counted as absent for the day.

The same applies to cohort A, with the exception that you are required to report to all classes on Monday and Tuesdays.

Regular Day instruction goes from 8:00 a.m. - 12:47 p.m.

Cohorts A & B I understand I am to report to homeroom everyday.
